beef-venison jerky

this is my favorite.

3 lbs beef or venison 1/8 inch thick.

1/2 cup water.

1/3 cup soy sauce.

1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce.

1/2 tsp black pepper.

2 tsp accent.

2 tsp tobasco sauce.

2 tsp liquid smoke.

2 tsp worster sauce.

2 tsp lawerys seasoned salt.

1 tsp salt.

mix ingredients in large bowl add meat and marinate over night. stir now and then.

dry in food dehydrador or in the oven with just the pilot lite on, i use the top of the wood stove. dehyrador takes 16 to 20 hours.
