bart simpson Posted May 17, 2004 Share Posted May 17, 2004 We went to leech lake this weekend and got our *%&^* handed to us as far as fishing goes so no fish fry. Instead I did this:Cut up 2 lbs of skinless boneless chiken breast into strips. dipped them in buttermilk then shook them in a 50-50 mixture of cajun shorelunch and oven recipe shore lunch. Deep fried them to golden brown. To my surprise they were delish! This fed 3 of us growing boys till our tanks were full.Just something to keep in mind for the next time the score ends up: Lake 1.
