Thought i would give you all a recipe for Fish Fingers that you can use for all white-meat fish.

Cut fish into small strips about the size of french fries,marinade them in A-1 or Heinz 57 for 3 hours.Coat them with Bisquick or pancake mix and deep fry.Fish fingers are awesome hot or cold!
