I read the catfish posts, and saw the country-fried catfish recipe, but does anyone else have a really good cornmeal batter for not only catfish, but any fish. I dont know if anyone else has ever had the catfish fingers at Famous Daves, but they are phenomenal, the cornmeal breading is amazing. Any ideas?
