Mad Lake Bomber Posted March 17, 2004 Share Posted March 17, 2004 In-fisherman had a great recipe called walleye augratin2 cups walleye cut into 1 inch pieces3 large potatoes baked, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces2 cups sour cream1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseMix ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. Instead of baking the potatos, which makes taking the skin off harder, I boiled the potatos, which skin real easy. Thanks for passing on the recipe. Only problem, I'm now out of fish.
