Canuck Posted January 6, 2004 Share Posted January 6, 2004 Picked this one up in British Columbia and find it by far the best so far.3 lb salmon (filet)6 1gm garlic cloves (minced fine)1 tsp salt4 tbsp parsley (minced fine)2 tbsp sundried tomatoes (minced fine)1/4 cup olive oilmix all ingredients in a jar and shake wellcut 2 lengthwise slits in the salmon, divide the surface of the fish into 3rds. cut to the skin, but NOT through. Massage 1/2 of the mixture over the fish and into the slitsBBQ over medium heat (closed lid) for approx. 15 minutes.Spread the rest of the misture over fish, close llid and BBQ on high until done.Let me know what U think of this one.
