Catfish!!!

I just cooked up some fresh catfish filets the other night and let me tell you, boy were they good!

I probably could never cook them the same way I did that night but I plan on trying again. I've had catfish in the past but I don't remember it being so good. I stick to panfish and walleyes mostly but now catfish is right up there.

Any recipes for catfish that any of you would care to share?

Any help would be awesome!

This is my favorite recipe for catfish:
1-2 pounds catfish fillets
salt to taste
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon Lawry's Hot & Spicy seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup self rising flour
2 cups self rising cornmeal
a pinch of citrus pepper
Grapeseed or Peanut oil

1. rinse off and salt fillets
2. mix ingredients
3. heat oil to 375 degrees
4. coat fillets and cook till golden brown
* if you cant find the Lawry's Hot & Spicy substitute about 3/4 tablespoon regular Lawrys and 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
