Canuck
This year has been a banner year and there is still archery and rifle for deer and I need a receipe for sausage. I cut my own meat (via knife) and have a power grinder but I have never made sausage. If anybody has a receipe they have tried and found good I sure would appreciate it. metro 1
I have made sausage for years now and have used a few diffident suppliers but I get my sausage stuff from "Manville "on 28th & Washington in MPLS.MN. They have everything you need and plenty of advice too. There was a post on this page about smoking and things and someone posted www.3men.com web site .lots of information there and recopies . Good luck and keep track of everthing you prepare because if it the best ever and you want to be able to duplicate it again.Metro
Jason Boser
We make our own venison sausage like the old germans in Pierz and get our seasonings from thielan meats. We also tried some Italian anb polish from cub foods last year and it was really good esspecially the Italian. The super markets and local meat markets all have the casings and seasonings all you need is a stuffer and smoker. We have been making it for years, its good and its fun todo your own.Jason------------------fishing fever guide servicefishingminnesota.com/fishingfever/phone 218-327-2191e-mail [email protected]
