Guest
Be carefull with that sort of diet, there is alot of information out there suggesting that these types of diets can have negative health affects, and may not return the results you may be expecting, for a more moderate diet, check out "Dr. Barry Sears, The Zone Diet" Getting back to your question, any fish recipe without heavy breading should fit, try grilling, poaching, and baking. There are some recipes in some of the threads below.Personal diet advice; no fad diet can replace good common sense and self disapline, reduce calories, particularly starchy carbs and sugars, drink plenty of water, get some excercise every day, and good sleep. Guest
Just wondering if anybody has any good low-carb fish recipes they would be willing to share. I just started doing the Atkins plan and all of my present fish recipes have to many carbs in them.
Walleye_GFA
Ive been on the Atkins diet for 3 years... 75 pounds later my bloodwork is perfect as is my blood pressure and blood glucose levels...FOr fish, try panfried in nothing but butter and garlic salt... the thinner the better if not crappie or walleye...You can also use the atkins baking mix, or pancake mix as a batter !!! Its not the same as flour... (arghlghglr... drewl...) but its a great substitute...Write to [email protected] if u have ????LaterW_GFA
