tyler97 Posted March 6, 2003 Share Posted March 6, 2003 I like to take perch fillets , (other panfish work) cut them in 1" strips, boil them, and serve them with melted butter in a dish (butter for dippin', just like sea-food) Works for a quick treat when you are teaching your kids to fillet, and they make their mistakes!
