Pluck the coot and than stuff it full of coffee grinds. wrap it in bacon strips and pre heat the oven at 275. put the birds in for 25 minutes.take them out and let them cool for 5 minutes. unwrap and eat the bacon. throw the coot in the trash.Tastes reel good.
