Guest Posted November 30, 2002 Share Posted November 30, 2002 A friend of mine once pickled whitefish and he made them turn out identical to store bought pickled herring in wine sauce. With the whitefishes fine grain texture it was WOW fantastic. Does anyone have a similar recipe so I can make my stuff like the pickled herring at the old market.
