Deer Sausage

We make our own deer sausage, but I am interested in suggestion for seasoning kits or recipe's for summer sausage, bologna.

I buy allot of stuff from these guys. they have everything you would ever need. pre mixed spices for all kinds of sausage & jerky's.other bulk spices, they have casings both synthetic and natural. also smoke (sawdust for smoking,hickory and a few other kinds) I will go out of my way to get things from them. metro
