Went to the zumbro in the stretch going out of hammond today.Hit lots of smallmouth in the 8 to 10" range,but the heat is slowing things a bit.No larger fish and deep water seems difficult to find.The best part was staying cool by sitting in the water to fish.100 above or 30 below,you can't beat a day of fishing.

  This northern boy needs a little help with this one. Dried up kill hole in the duck timber? Quicksand that all the deer fell into? Cool lighting in a forest that’s so different from ours? I’ve never been in the AR woods before but you’ve arrived by the looks of it. Good luck.
