Are you going to any trials this fall Setterguy?

My work schedule is very hectic right now and the month of October is crazy for me. I might end up juding an event or two if time permits. My female is retired from trialing...she's six and just can't keep up with those 2-3 year olds anymore. The ABHA did let us tweak some rules and this will be the first trial season under the new rules so I would like to see how they are implemented.

Sounds like you are just about ready for a pup .

Im planning to run 2-3 dogs in the red setter trial in Sept. Might make it to another one or two. Tough to choose a trial over grouse hunting though.

I've been tossing around the idea of a pup here lately, before the basement gets finished would be ideal.
