I would never have thought yogurt and fish could go together,...plus MUSTARD? Do you think that we could substitute corn flakes instead of the bread or won't that work? Guest Posted October 5, 2001 Share Posted October 5, 2001 - 2 slices day old bread- 4 tbsp, freshly grated parmesan cheese- 2 tbsp chopped parsley- 1 lb fish fillets- 4 tbsp 2 % yogurt- 4 tbsp light mayonnaise- 2 tsp Dijon MustardIn a blender or food processor, crumble bread into crumbs. Stir in cheese and parsley. Arrange fish in a single layer on a greased baking sheet with a rim. Stir yogurt, mayo, and mustard together. Spread over fish. Sprinkle evenly with crumb mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes or just until fish flakes easily with tested with a fork.
