Just wondering if anyone out there has smoked crappies or sunfish. got a new smoker i'm dying to try it out on some fish. can i use my smoker this time of year (25-35 deg) or do i have to wait until it gets warmer out? also, if you do smoke crappies, what about the slime they seem to have. any tips, info, brines etc appreciated. thanks-
