Wheaties batter for fish!!!!

Anyone interested in a differant and great batter for walleyes or crappies here is a recipe to try....Grind 1-box of wheaties in a blender....put it in a gallon zip-lock bag...add 1-cup flour....1-cup corn meal....3-tblsp Lawrys season salt...2-tblsp garlic powder....3-tblsp black lemon pepper....and shake it up....then put fish in eggs and beer mix....then in wheaties batter.....cook in frying pan or deep fryer .....fresh fish and a cold Bud Lite...mm-mm good.....Mark Bieganek
