St. Croix Muskies???

Suppose you were to go out to the St. Croix for the first time targeting muskies. What areas are key to start the search? I have a good amount of muskie experience in lakes and grew-up fishing rivers, but and particularily intested in the area of the Croix between stillwater and afton. Can someone point out a few areas to start? Thanks for any and all advice...

Good spots on the Croix are limited, doubtful anyone is going to give any up. The best advice is to do some exploring and maybe you will find some yourself.
