Metro trout

Troublehook

Recommended Posts

Hey, I have never fished trout in the real environment. Only in two different stocked ponds. I have caught 4 rainbows, and they were fun to catch and they taste delicious! I dont want to fly fish, so I am thinking the other ways are inline spinners, and some sort of live bait or fake stuff under a bobber. Am I right? Well where in the metro (south metro is preffered) can I catch them, if I can at all? I am really starting to get interested in them, when before I had no interest in them at all.

thanks for any info. cool.gif

Hey TH - Check the Vermillion River post in this forum... really the only South Metro oppportunity. Otherwise you'd be looking at one of the many number of designated waterways in the SE section of the state or just across the border in the RiverFalls/Hudson area.
