Magellan 315 gps

I have a Magellan 315 gps, and the screen has a bunch of lines in it and is unreadable. Anyone else have this happen or know what might have happened?

Did you buy it new? What happens when you delete the track memory? The chip might be failing but this is really unususal.

Yes, I got it new several years ago. But when I start it up I cannot read anything on the screen. How do you reset it?

Thats a new one on me. I would email Magellan and they will answer you with a possible solution.
