OK, I can't sit still anymore.

Is Gardenhire a bad manager or a terrible one? After watching the team completely melt down last year, & watching him blow the playoffs in 2004 (bringing in Lohse vs. Rivera - who do you think's going to win that one 99.5% of the time?) he doesn't seem to have learned anything.

Letting Silva run the bases last night...then taking him out after one batter...then bringing in Kyle "Head-Case II" Lohse in a tie game...was he trying to end the streak? Would anyone rather see Lohse out there doing his finest Brett Merriman impression rather than seeing Reyes, an actual major league pitcher, trying to get the last out?

The Twins had their struggles early this year, but they're (obviously!) playing now like I thought they would. Gardenhire is costing them games in the standings every year. The Twins have a long tradition of "Minnesota Nice" & would never fire Gardenhire, but I hope someone is holding him accountable for boneheaded moves like last night.

Especially when Reyes got two outs in two pitches!!! Why bring Lohse in then? I didn't get it either.
