We used spinners, bead and hook, leadcore and all produced. Largest was 21.5 smallest we kept was 15.5.

botto_82
Has anyone fished the Whitlocks Bay area in Sept.? We were planning on going out third week of Sept. but are a little concerned about water levels. Is it worth the trip (it's about an 8 hr. drive) or should we head to Winni? sdaksteve
During Sept. most of the fishing is done below Oahe dam or near Mobridge (walleyes). In the first part of Oct. the salmon are caught from shore in Whitlock bay.
