Crow Lake Musky Baits of Choice

I'm headed up to Crow for the musky opener for the first time ever. What recomendations of musky baits should I make sure I have in the box. Any special colors? Can't wait for this trip!!!!

Use baits that you can quickly cover water with. For casting bucktails are #1, but Bull Dawgs and 7.5" A-P-Lures are also effective at higher speeds. Musky Mayhem's Showgirls are by far my most productive spinners. Red is the hot color most of the time. If you are staying at Muskie Bay, I will probably see you up there sometime during opening week. Less than 3 weeks to go!
