Amatuer for B.A.S.S. Series

I'm looking for someone interested in fishing the Northstar BASS Series as an amatuer. If you're not familiar with the events, this division is on Minnesota waters and is very reasonable from a financial standpoint.

does that mean fishing in your boat? how much does it cost? and how far north are these tournaments?

It's a draw event, so you'd fish in a "boaters" rig, not necessarily mine, but with whoever you're drawn. The lakes are L'Homme Dieu, Whitefish, Pokegama and Minnetonka, one tournament per month June-Sept.

Just as an FYI. I registered on the boater side when registration opened and I did not link a boater because I was not sure if my brother wanted to fish it at that time. He did decide after that he wanted to so I registered him and tried to link him but it would not allow it because I was already registered. I did call Bassmaster and they did verify that if the linking is not done at the time of initial registration it will not allow it on-line but they can take care of it for you through customer service #.
