Trophy190 with 200 h.p. Optimax

A friend of mine has an Alumacraft Trophy190 with a 200 h.p. Optimax
And with 5-6 people behind the windshield, he cannot get it to stop
Porpoising at speeds in the 20-25 m.p.h. range. Any ideas?

sounds like too much trim, but it also could be just too much wieght at the back of the boat. Having some people move forward may help.
