quantum reels

i have been having trouble with my ex600cx quantum reel. It wont cast that well with spider wire stealth or proline. i dont no whats the matter with it. I was wondering if anyone has any good advice for me i would really appreciate it. thanks

have you tried cleaning it? I mean, taking it apart and oiling all the gears and cranks and bearings?

i just bought this reel about a month ago so i dont think it should already need to be cleaned but thanks for the advice i might have to give that a whirl.

I had that same thing happen to one of my reels and it turned out to be a loose screw on the bail.
