Big Horn Mountains...

I have a friend who would like to take his sons to the Big Horn Mountains for backpacking/fishing trip. I told him I'd look into it and see what I could find out.

Anyone have any info for me on this?

if they are driving and looking for a nice pit stop on the way in or out, I know of a great spot on the Bighorn river..

I think they're planning on hiking into the mountains and camping for a week or so...

But just out of curiousity, what did you have in mind?

Here is some info I've found. I haven't spent anytime in the Big Horns but I have spent a lot of time in the beartooths to the west. Absolutely beautiful country. Check out these sites and books.
