A couple of army buddies and myself are trying to figure what time and place we should go up and try our luck for some skies? Never fished up there, but my dad goes for walleyes annually but is little help with muskies.

Looking forward to catching that first muskie with the new arm.

Thanks fellas,

Adam

Lund 95, Sounds like you are all fitted and ready to go?

LOTW, well you have options, lots of them. Sabaskon (s/p) bay produces some nice fish and decent numbers, the water is a little on the dirty side and I tend to stay away from it later in the summer simply because I think the bloom gets to heavy, that just me. The NW Angle area has about 1,042 different spots to try and some awesome structure to work. You will also have room to move, that many spots in one area you can always find one of your own to work.

My favorite is Whitefish Bay area, it's a little tougher to fish with it's clear water but it does hold some nice fish. I have had luck in Whitefish all season as I have in the NW Angle area.
