Guest
I have a brand mako auger and i'm planning on putting a power point on it. I was wondering if anybody knew if it increased drilling speed
0 Guest
I don't know about the Mako either, but the power point on my Lazermag helps keep the auger stable. I used one without one and I thought there was a big difference. I am sure you would notice the benefit if you added one.ScottS
0 Guest
Don't know about Mako but my LazerMag with power point cuts a litle faster than my bother-in-law's LazerMag without the power point. However, my LazerMag is newer and the blades are sharper. I think the power point just helps in guiding the auger during the initial cut.
