Anyone have an opinion or suggestion on a reasonable priced hand held marine radio. what kinda of range and battery life do these things have. And how much $$$ do you have to spend to get a decent one

My Humingbird handheld is a nice unit. I get about 5 miles. Batteries last quite a while. I think it was about $75.00. Comes in cammo and yellow. Handheld is nice because you can use it in the winter ice fishing. Boat mounts with long antennas will get a little more distance.
