What would be some key features you would recommend in a small trailer for hauling atv, fish house, light duty hauling, etc? I am interested in buying and need info to make an informed decision.

I posted about this a few weeks ago on the ATV forum and got some very good responses.

Just to add my 2 cents - Tires should be at least 14" - 15" tires would be better but they can be hard to find on a trailer already built.

Next I would say you want a tilt bed for hauling your ATV and/or fish house.

Make sure the tongue is long enough that you can back it up without it wanting to turn to quickly. Check out the wiring to see if it's protected or will it snag easily and you will have to do some fixing. Wiring through the trailer beams would be best.

I prefer aluminum verses steel because of the rust factor.
