My foot pedal seems to be a piece of junk! very sticky and doesnt want to turn very nice. Is there a better replacement?

Is it for an Auto pilot/Power drive? If so, try taking it apart and clean the connections good. If that does not work, you'll need to get a new one.

Trickiest part is getting the springs that hold it together back in the slot, but I have done this clean job while out on the water, so it really is not too difficult.

Yes it is an autopilot. I did take it apart last night and sprayed it with wd40 and it seemed to operate alot smoother. I will give it another run. Thanks for your help.
