Fishing near Watertown

I want to go chase pike on some small lakes near Watertown this weekend. I know there will be ice on these lakes by Saturday.

I was talking with my dad (to see if he wants to come along) and he does not think I should go out since there are many downed power lines in the area. Of course, I plan on avoiding any downed lines and will certainly show any and all workers respect and stay out of their way so they can get their extremely important work done. So my question is, is it inappropriate for me to fish in this area this weekend, or should I go and stay out of the way of downed lines and workers?
