Limit question

The other day I shot 2 teal, 1 buffie and a merganser. Does the merganser count as one of my four duck limit or do I have another duck to shoot? Thanks

no the merganser is separated from the duck limit. there is a 5 bird limit for mergansers and one can only be a hooded merganser, so you could have shot another duck.
