wormfood Posted July 18, 2005 Share Posted July 18, 2005 With the heat we had recently, we spent time filling the kiddie pools daily. This led to our lab getting sprayed a couple times by the kids and she would turn and run. That got many giggles and squeals from the girls until the pooch figured out how much fun it would be to first chase the stream of water and finally go for it and start lapping at it.Nothing with water in it is safe anymore and this morning she discovered the sprinklers. Jumping, lapping and basically going bonkers. Loads of laughs are being had and I just needed to share it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

woodview Posted July 20, 2005 Share Posted July 20, 2005 I'm in the same boat with saddie, you'd be hard pressed to figure out if I wanna rid the world of mosquitos more than she wants genocide on all garden hoses - loves the lake and the kid's pool is heaven, even better if the kids are in it. Now if I can get her to understand a bath is just as fun, and that "no" I don't have to be 3 times more drenched than her. Sounds pretty funny. Keep the lid down "Nothing with water in it is safe anymore ".
