Stripped Spark Plug Repair

My dad has an older (early-mid 60's) 9.9HP Johnson that he was trying to get up and running. He was going to replace the plugs and realized the head was stripped out on one of them. Is there an easy (or at least reasonable) way to fix this? Or does he need to try to find a new head? Any help is appreciated.

Check with your local auto parts store. They make Heli-coil sets that are designed specially for spark plug repair.

Auto parts stores sell a heli coil repair kit. Check there first. It comes with every thing you need to fix the head.
