Best knot for Heavy #Mono's #50

The reason I'm asking is I've lost a few very nice fish due to knot failure. I've mainly been using the Trilene knot, but it's hard to snug it down tightly. I've always used the a Snell knot but seems to cut itself on the eye of the hook at times.

The polymer knot is easy to tie and works well with heavy line.

I also recommend the poly knot. I think it's one of the toughest knots out there, and it absolutely cannot come untied!

Here is the palomar knot. It is one of the strongest knots that can be used.
