recessed trolling motor foot control

Has anyone had experience installing an aftermarket recessed trolling motor foot control? If so I could use some inforamtion and advise on what brand and any pros and con's on use and performance.

thanks HaywardBound I checked out BBC and in addition to some helpfull info on the trolling motor it seems like a super site if you're into the bass scene.
