Automatic Aerator Function not working on Lund Pike 16

My rear aerator auto and manual control is not working and the led light on the switch does not come on. So is the auto switch for the front aerator, although the manual works. How do I check this problem? Is it just a problem with the box or the wires? Any help appreciated.

I just ran wiring in my boat for a bow mounted sonar and accidentily pulled a ground wire for my livewell off the fuseblock. It wasn't very tight. Check that first before tearing things apart... My fuseblock is hard to get at so I didn't notice the one loose wire after I was done.

Ok...fixed most of it. It was a blown fuse. Now all the fuses are good but although the manual aerator function works, the automatic is till out. Where are the places that I can check. I called Lund and they told me it could be due to a short or due to a bad LED switch behind the switch panel. Anyone know what they are talking about. I have taken out the switch panel and just see a bunch of wires going into the switch. Everything looks tight there and I cannot find any LED switch or short.

I'm no expert, but it could be the timer. It should be about the size of a 35mm film canister and will be connected to the switch with three wires usually red, black, and blue. I don't exactly know how to test it, but they are about $12 to replace. I've seen them on hsolist. I hope this helps.
