We found some shallow this weekend holding on dark bottom areas. Some were also holding under docks. A good majority are starting to move to the deeper weeds. The biggest school of crappies we found this weekend were in about 7-10 feet of water amongst the weeds. More than likely they will hold in that area for a while, but the depth might fluctuate a bit depending on the depth of the weeds (typically anywhere from about 7-15 feet).
