Walleye lakes/rivers in the webster/siren area

I will be in the Webster/Siren area for Memorial Day weekend and am wondering if there are any good walleye lakes or rivers nearby. If anyone could give me some info that would be great.

nothing great, but if you work REALLY hard you might pick up a half dozen during a full day of fishing.

better off fishing bass if you want #'s or head up to the minong area for eyes!

I was on Yellow this past weekend and my brothers managed a few eyes....but it was sloooooooooooowwww. Maybe warmer weather will help. They caught the walleyes trolling leeches in about 8 - 15 fow on the weedline in the northwest corner of the lake.

uncle jake you should have tried up the yellow river a 1/2 mile or so. heard there getting big eyes up there.
