Does a 5-lb propane take work better if it is in your portable house because of the warmer temperatures generated by the heater?

I believe the boiling point of Lp gas is -70F so it shouldnt make a difference. When people talk about the heater not working right because the propane gelled really whats happening is the regulator is sticking

No it does not. Fishhook is correct, at sea level, the boiling point temperature of propane is -42°C and above.
