refinishing my boat?

Invisible paint would be best.

I don't know but if you contact West Marine I bet they can steer you in the right direction.

Google them, see if they have a store in your area.

I just got some good quality enamel paint in a spray can when I did mine and it turned out fine. If you're good and careful with a spray can, it can be done.
