Waubay Crappies?

Does anyone have any luck on a regular basis? In reading older posts, it seems like the north end is the place to be. Any luck this spring yet? I've heard that they are true pigs if you can find them. Is the flooded timber the place to begin searching? Thanks in advance.

5 years ago the crappies were great, I think there was too much pressure and that class of crappies were fished out. Back then the limit was 25, and with all of the people putting limits in the livewell that can burn up alot of fish.
