Platte Creek

Has anyone been fishing near Platte Creek recently? Have a trip planned for this weekend and I am wondering what to expect.

This is total hearsay, so take it for what it's worth. Person I know in town was fishing a tournament in Chamberlain next to a person that was fishing a tourney in Platte this weekend. 60-team tourney and half blanked on Saturday.

Again, I'm just telling you what was told me.

However, the bite in Chamberlain continues to improve.

I was aware there was a tourney but I didn't know it was that big. I was in Platte twice last year and had terrible luck both times. Hopefully things will be better this year.
