I love fishing out of my Old Town Otter. I have never modified mine for fishing, but after reading these posts I have some great ideas. The kayak gives you access to parts of a lake that a big boat could never make it into. My nephews duck hunt out of their Otter as well. I'd like to do that, but I'm a little worried that the shotgun's recoil might cause an unplanned "eskimo roll."
