6x12 (inside dimensions) Ice house on wheels, sleeps 4, 8 holes. Steel frame (all welding done by certified welder), 14" tires that ride on 3500 lb drop down axles with spring suspension, rides very smooth behind any full size pickup. The house weighs just under 2,000 pounds, we pulled it with a 4 wheeler on 8 inches of ice and didn't have a problem. It is 3 years old and has been on the ice 2 full seasons. Heated by 30,000 BTU direct vent furnace. Features catch covers on every hole, carpet, plastic paneling insulated with 1" styrofoam, rubber roofing, fold up bunks (shown down in pic #4), a fold out table, counter top with 3 drawers for storage. $3500, any reasonable offer considered. Price to high on this?

Obviously it's a horrible time of the year to sell a fish house, but I expected a few offers.

For anyone that may have been interested from the Twin Cities area, the house is being pulled to Champlin. It will be there as of tomorrow (4/24).
