CALVINIST
This is a good, simple hotdish my mommy used to make... 1 lb. hamburger 1 medium onion, chopped 7 or 8 stalks of celery 2 or 3 cloves of minced garlic 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can cream of celery soup 2 cans of water 1 cup of rice 1/4 cup of soy sauce Pepper to taste preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger in a dutch oven, add garlic, onion, and celery, and cook a bit more. Add the mushroom and celery soup and water, mix it up, add rice, soy sauce, and pepper and mix it up some more. Cover and put into the oven for about an 45 minutes to an hour. When it's done, add more soy sauce to taste. Mmmmmmmmmm! Cook ahead of time; just the thing when you get home from fishing and you are really hungry. Really good with soft bread and butter. And yooperhawgs, substitute the ground beef with carp !
