Anybody know what it costs to have a aluminum prop remanufactured. The cathode thing that prevents electrolysis came lose and my prop hit it dinging the heck out of it. I have heard you can get the prop remanufactured. This is on a 40 hp merc.

Found my own answer, Formula Propellar and Marine said around 50-60 for a little welding repair.

Thanks for the info. I took a chunk out of mine last fall and need to get it fixed. Where is Formula Prop? Crystal?
